     Every once in awhile, you hear of a person who was grossly overweight, who decided, WAY DOWN DEEP, that they were absolutely going to take it off. And they did take it off, and, because this was a way-down-deep decision, THEY KEPT IT OFF! That is the ideal way to think yourself thin. Probably the only way, in fact. It’s something that will work no matter what “diets” or gimmicks you use. But only you can do it. No one else can do it for you.

     Are you ready to sit yourself down – no TV, no magazine, no interruptions – and decide, WAY DOWN DEEP, in the bottom of your soul, that you are absolutely going to take off those excess pounds and are furthermore going to keep them off?      Bill and I were helped a great deal by a peppy lady named Millie at Weight Watchers. Millie said she was a “four-time loser.” She had tried Weight Watchers three times and failed to keep the pounds off each time. The fourth time she not only lost the excess pounds from a lifetime of Italian cooking, she kept them off. Went from being a fattie to being a personal trainer, and added, most likely, twenty years to her life.

     It was, of course, a way-down-deep decision.
